What Is EFT Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique, often known as EFT Tapping, is a useful method for relieving stress that may be applied to both emotional and physical discomfort. It is believed that you can balance and replenish your body's energy by gently tapping on nine pressure points while concentrating on the pain or stress you want to relieve.

Clinical EFT is a series of 46 different tools that help you let go of deep-seated emotional triggers and thought habits like anxiety, worry, overthinking, anger, jealousy, etc, and even physical pain.

How Does It Work?

EFT tapping is like emotional acupuncture — minus the needles.

It’s thought that by tapping on acupressure points, you’re sending signals to your brain to control the production of stress hormones.

What about EFT for manifestation?

I have struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life, and I've tried various treatments to manage my symptoms. When I decided to try Ketamine treatments last year, I was hopeful that they would be successful, but also nervous about the process. However, working with Noemi throughout these sessions was critical to my success. Her guidance and support were instrumental in helping me process my thoughts before each session, and she used EFT to release any anxiety and help me be present during these experiences.

I have been lucky enough to work with Noemi for the past year, and it has become the best and most effective way to manage my emotions. Depression seems to ebb and flow in my life, but the tools Noemi provides are forever. Whether it's a can't-get-out-of-bed kind of day or I feel my heart begin to race before a work presentation, Noemi's kind, empathetic, and supremely effective voice rings in my head, reminding me that I have the power to control and regulate my emotions as they come. Her guidance has been invaluable in my mental health journey, and I am forever grateful.

Noemi is not only a skilled practitioner but also a caring and supportive person who truly understands the struggles of those dealing with anxiety and depression. Her passion for helping others shines through in every session, and she is always willing to go above and beyond to provide support and encouragement. I can confidently say that working with Noemi has transformed my life, and I will continue to practice with her for as long as I can.

Thank you, Noemi, for all that you do. You are an incredible practitioner and an even better person. I highly recommend anyone struggling with anxiety or depression to seek Noemi's guidance and support – it truly can make all the difference.

Alex (38)

I have suffered from depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. I have been on medication since I was 15/16 years old. Spent years in therapy, graduated from it, went back and graduated again.

I figured this was my path in life, this is “living”, I knew what I was “supposed to do”, how I was “supposed” to help myself. I knew exactly what to do, it seemed so simple but it was still elusive, I was missing something, some tool to help me make it all connect.

I was on a girls trip in Joshua Tree.

We had already been there for a day and were flying high on more than just our emotions. The previous night we all took a microdose and I am pretty sure we saw aliens.

Over the weekend anytime someone got even the slightest tinge of sadness we called over Noemi and she took the sadness away. EVERYTIME. Over the course of the weekend I watched her hold space for woman after woman, lifting them up and reminding them of their power. I gave in, I had to know the secret. I ask Noemi, “How? How is it you can hold space for all these people and take none of the pain on yourself?”

She asked if I really wanted to know the answer. What kind of question was that? Do I really want to know? Did I not just ask the question?

She pulled me in closer, she answered almost in a whisper.

“None of it matters.”

“None of it matters?” I repeated to her

“None of it matters, it's all just our perception and what we allow.”

MIND BLOWN. She went on to explain that everything I had felt and was experiencing was because of the past, because of emotions that I had held on to which were now impacting me in the present.

Now, I had known of the idea of generational trauma before, as a granddaughter of Holocaust Survivors I knew my DNA had fundamentally been changed because of such an event but had no idea how to deal with such a thing. Noemi invited me to tap with her.

We started with the idea of forgiving myself. Right before Covid, I had discovered I had a 30cm 12 lb fibroid that had grown in my stomach. My only symptom at the time was heartburn, and again being a German Jew Grandchild of the Holocaust, I was told this is my path in life.

Noemi and I tapped on my anxiety, my guilt, this belief that I had somehow caused this and deserved it. I have always had the twisted belief that when bad things happen to me I deserve it, that I was the reason for the bad.

EFT allowed me to let that guilt go. To let go of the belief that bad things happen because I am a bad person. I was able to realize that the pain and guilt were all left over from the past and that I was suddenly projecting into the future. I really was creating my own pain, but it had nothing to do with me being a bad person. I just held onto bad feelings.

Finally, I had found the tool to work with the knowledge that I already had. I have since jumped straight into the deep end of the EFT pool. I tap daily, I make sure that I keep the energy inside me moving and flowing so I do not become stuck in the past.
